Rather than shoot it traditionally, he contracted out four fetish porn companies to fulfill his vision. Although there is no actual sex, each porn production company attempts to tackle the source material as if it were any other client, the goal is to fulfill the jobs deepest desires. Like “The 5 Obstructions” for perverts and dumbasses, “Final Flesh” is a once in a lifetime exercise between surreal and smut.”
