Doomed if you do, doomed if you don’t in Clouzout’s high-wire classic. I drove a manual truck ONCE around a Lowe’s carpark and that was fraught with tension for me, god knows what it musta been for these fellas driving around with nitroglycerin ready to explode at the slightest bump. I do love driving trucks though, it’s so nice being that extra bit higher on the road, you can really shove your way through all those puny cars and get going. Might go to U-Haul for fun after this.
In a run-down South American town, four men are paid to drive trucks loaded with nitroglycerin into the jungle through to the oil field. Friendships are tested and rivalries develop as they embark upon the perilous journey.
