Brain Dead is hosting the official LA premiere of Wrong Side Of The Lens!

Be there right at 7pm for the reception followed by a special LA edit of this series. After, there’ll be a great line up for a Q&A with the LA based photographers in this series. Estevan Oriol, Michelle Groskop, Sean Maung, Valerie J Bower and Ray Potes of Hamburger Eyes will all join the discussion hosted by show creator Josh Ethan Johnson. After, we’ll be back on the patio to continue drinks and hangin with all these good people.

Wrong Side Of The Lens series explores the lives of street photographers dedicating themselves to capturing images of complete strangers. In season 01, we get to know what motivates these 18 photographers to spend all their energy on such a seemingly odd art form. The dedication, obsession and sacrifices are some of the many topics WSOTL digs deep into and hope there’s a great conversation to be had from it.

There’s over 5 hours of episodic content in season 01 but don’t worry, we don’t have time for that all in one night. We’ll be premiering a specially made compilation featuring the 5 x LA based photographer. LA pride! It’s going to be a great evening so snag a ticket before they all go!
